The Movegreen Process: Commercial Relocation
Every office move is assigned to one of our professional move coordinators, who ensures the move is conducted seamlessly. Your move coordinator will first begin by reviewing the estimate. Based on the details in the estimate the move coordinator will create a timeline for the moving process. This timeline will be used to guarantee the entire move is performed to perfection and includes all details surrounding the move including all appropriate moving and packing dates and times, delivery of all packing materials and reusable eco-bins, appropriate number of movers with appropriate level of experience. Once the timeline is created it will be sent to and discussed with the person in charge of handling the office move. Each item will be reviewed with this person and the entire moving process will be discussed to ensure there are no surprises through the moving process.

Why we’re green
It is important for any business in any industry to think about their effect on their surroundings. Everything we do has a positive or negative effect. This is why we choose to do whatever we can to make a difference in our community. We purchase new trucks and run them on biodiesel. This helps our air quality. We complete all estimates on a tablet and communicate via email whenever we can. All paper products are as close to 100% recycled as we can get. This helps our forests and thus our air and water quality. We purchase carbon credits to offset our carbon footprint. This money goes towards sustainable projects such as methane electricity generation and the electrification of truck stops. On top of all this we plant 10 trees through our non-profit affiliate Trees for the Future. This helps our forests and thus our air and water quality.
