As summer wraps up and we move into fall we can’t help but reflect on how intensely busy we were. We moved almost 300 families and businesses, and even two schools. Customer satisfaction was the best it has ever been (97%) and claims the lowest they’ve been (3%). As we continue to grow we will never lose focus on the one thing that drives our business….our customers. Customer service is a lost art in the moving and storage business and it is our aim to make sure every customer is satisfied. Even when things go wrong (unfortunately no ones perfect!) and furniture is damaged, we make sure the claim is handled quickly and appropriately.
Now that fall is upon we will have additional time to refine our move process even more. Over the next 6 months we will be rolling out several new initiatives that aim to make your move an even better one than you could ever expect.
