Movegreen Future’s Golf Tournament Benefiting the Teacher’s Fund
In our first ever golf tournament we were able to raise $47,672 for the Teacher’s Fund. We had a great turnout for the golf portion as well as the afternoon pampering and the evening cocktail party. We look forward to raising more awareness and more money for the Teacher’s Fund at next years event on September 21st, 2012. If you want to participate don’t hesitate to give us a call!
Adopt-a-highway
Every other month we strap on our hard hats, put on our bright green vests and go pick up trash! It’s not good, clean, fun, but it does help to keep our local roadways free and clear of debris. You would be surprised at what we find near the side of the road, some of which we cannot mention here, but what we can say is that after its all said and done we all feel good. It really makes you feel great to know you are directly responsible for making our area healthier and more beautiful. If you’d like to help out sometime, let us know.
United Way
Anytime we can help this organization we do. This past year we were able to help the United Way transport books for their annual book drive. We even stuck around to hand out the books!
